Bio:

Diana Avalos-Leos is an advocate, community leader, and champion for youth and families with a background in addressing health equity and social justice issues.  Diana is the Founder and Executive Director of Latino Leadership NW, founded in 2011 as a grassroots movement response to address the academic and leadership needs of BIPOC youth in SW Washington. LLNW continues to bring youth together to provide leadership development, elevate post-secondary education and technical career opportunities, and provide culturally specific activities to first-generation, priority populations and hard-to-reach youth. Over the years, under Diana’s leadership, LLNW has become a reputable, trusted organization that collaborates with cross-sector partners to address the complex social needs of youth and their families.
